People contstantly ask me what I do for my skin, hair and nails and I always tell them “You are what you eat.”

I don’t really follow a guide, althought meal prep makes life easiers, however making a grocery list before going to the store and making sure I’m not like super hangry when I do my shopping keeps my meals pretty organized. Today I opted for fruits, not just any fruits. I always try to start to get my stomach ready for food. Mangos helps remove parasites and floss teeth. Pitaya aka Dragon fruit is a powerhouse superfood packed with anti oxidants that boost the bodies defense against free radicals as well as dark red cherries which are good for the hearth and blood. Ultimatly, gut health and blood health are important for healthy functioning body. This is a very fiber rich breaktfast and my water intake refelcts my dietry needs, water is important for our bodies delivery systems to work properly.
